We are really excited to be working on this new recruitment for this leading UK law firm for their sizeable and very successful Employment Law team based here in their amazing new Bristol offices which offer a very impressive working environment!
Their needs in the team at the moment are ideally around the 3-6yrs PQE mark, so at both Solicitor and Associate level, but they are fairly open-minded and can certainly look at Senior Associate level candidates as well, perhaps if you’re already Bristol based and feel you need a new challenge at this point in your career.
The work offers genuine variety, both contentious and non-contentious and both public sector and private sector (including for blue-chip household name commercial clients). You will work closely under a very experienced and high energy, ambitious Partner, so the opportunities for career progression within the wider department are excellent.
Hybrid-working is available as standard (3 days a week from home if desired), and there is both a competitive base salary (minimum c.£75,000+) as well as a market-leading and very attractive bonus structure on offer.
