Construction Litigation Solicitor NQ+, Bristol, Remote working To: £65,000
Role:
Our client, a highly regarded full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Contentious Construction & Engineering Associate NQ Solicitor to join their well-established team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the firm's growth strategy while advising a diverse client base on complex construction and engineering disputes.
Responsibilities:
- Handling contentious construction and engineering matters, including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation in the TCC.
- Advising clients on all forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
- Providing expert guidance on major construction contracts.
