A well regarded Top 50 law firm in Bristol with an international reach is looking to grow their L500 rated Commercial team by bringing in a Commercial Solicitor/Associate.
BACKGROUND: Ideally you will have a background in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology-focused contracts, advising clients in the context of business to business and business to consumer arrangements. You will advise on a range of non-contentious commercial transactions in the technology, retail and leisure, manufacturing, food and drink and transport sectors. You will also advise on IP/Brand protection and production distribution.
