Our client is a Top 50 UK Law firm looking to expand its Commercial department with an associate solicitor in its Bristol office. It is recognised in both Chambers and L500 for its Commercial/ IT work.
WORK: Your work will be varied and you can expect to be working as part of a partner-led team. Key attributes include:
- A good understanding of commercial contract principles and drafting e.g. supply of goods and/or services (B2B and B2C), agency, distribution, joint ventures and collaboration agreements and payment service agreements; and data protection and general technology and advisory work (e.g. the regulation of the use of AI).
- Good technical ability and strong desire to ensure work is correct and meet the client’s needs and objectives;
- Strong desire to learn and develop;
- Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions;
- Commercial acumen and ability to understand the commercial drivers for clients.
BACKGROUND: Ideally you will be a junior commercial solicitor and have a proven track record. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career and gain plenty of hands-on experience. On offer is a top market rate salary and remote working options at least 3 days a week.
