Delighted to be working on this fantastic new opportunity for an ambitious junior level Commercial Property lawyer who is looking to genuinely quickly progress in their career. This is a chance to join a very well-known South Wales firm and work under their new Head of Commercial Property who has exciting plans for the further growth and profile of the firm’s work in these areas.
The firm already punches well above its weight, but they are looking to build on their success. This is a chance to play an important part in this ambition for the next few years while growing your own career and high-level personal profile in the market at the same time.
The firm can consider any strong candidates from NQ level up to perhaps 3 or 4 years PQE, and you will ideally already have at least some broad general experience of Commercial Real Estate work including sales/purchases.
This is a rare chance to work closely and directly with a lead Partner, allowing you to learn a huge amount and get involved in everything 'hands-on' across the team.
