Applicant Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months working as a Senior Health Care Assistant in a care/nursing home setting in the UK.
- Skills: Experience with medication administration and documentation, ability to work as part of a team, assist with Activities of Daily Living (AoDL), manage teams, conduct risk assessments, and create care plans for service users. Adaptability to different care settings and effective communication skills, both written and spoken are essential.
- Driving License: Preferred, but not essential.
