Goodwill Healthcare Services Limited is seeking multiple experienced and enthusiastic Senior Healthcare Assistants (SHCA) to join healthcare settings within Northumberland and South Shields surrounding areas, on a rota and shift basis.

Applicant Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months working as a Senior Health Care Assistant in a care/nursing home setting in the UK.
- Skills: Experience with medication administration and documentation, ability to work as part of a team and assist with Activities of Daily Living (AoDL), managing teams, conducting risk assessments, and creating care plans for service users. Adaptability to different care settings and effective communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Driving License: Preferred, but not essential.
Training and Qualifications:
- Required: NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare or equivalent.
- Required: Medication Certificate, Mandatory Healthcare Certificate (both theory and practical).
Right to Work:
- Required: Right to work in the UK, DBS Certificate.
Working Conditions:
- 12-hour shifts Days/Nights/ Weekends Rota/Shift basis.
