We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to support our growth in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar sector. In this role, you will identify and develop opportunities for PV, storage, and energy solutions within commercial industries such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, and large commercial facilities.
- Identify and develop new opportunities for commercial-scale PV and storage projects in the C&I segment.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification and technical discussions to proposal preparation, pricing, and deal closing.
- Provide consultative support by understanding customer energy needs, project requirements, ROI expectations, and regulatory considerations.
- Represent the company at solar industry events, conferences, and customer visits.
- Support market expansion by identifying new verticals, customer types, or regional growth opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses and commercial offers for mid-sized solar and storage projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in PV, renewable energy, or B2B technical sales—ideally within the C&I solar or energy storage market.
- Experience managing a complete sales process and closing C&I-level PV or energy solutions deals.
- Good understanding of commercial PV systems, storage solutions, energy procurement, and customer decision-making processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
