Good We seeks a Service Engineer for the UK & Ireland region to deliver Level 2 technical support and training.

You will support distributors, installers, and L1 hotline teams, collaborating across regional and HQ service/R&D to drive excellence in service delivery.

You will train L1 staff, troubleshoot remotely and on-site, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance service processes.

A technical background and strong English are required, with willingness to travel across the UK and
