Who We Need
GoodVision is looking for a professional US or UK-based Sales Director who will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build & manage high-performing sales teams. This role provides strategic leadership, manages key customer relationships, and ensures sales targets are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and business needs
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Set sales objectives, forecasts, and KPIs; monitor performance and optimize the team results
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships, where the company can grow
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure alignment
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to leadership
- Establish revenue stability and forecasting accuracy by implementing structured pipeline management practices
- Represent sales within business planning and budgeting cycles
- Represent GoodVision in various traffic events
Requirements
- Substantial leadership experience spanning Sales and Marketing in B2B environment
- Previous experience in sales team leadership and sales operations
- Skilled in sales pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue management
- Experience in scaling sales organizations and entering new markets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
- International or multi-region sales leadership experience
- Fluent in English
