Goodstuff is seeking a People Engagement Adviser to drive a full generalist HR remit, from onboarding to wellbeing initiatives. You will partner with managers and the People Engagement Business Partner to implement ER, L&D, and recruitment activities, while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder relationships across the agency.
You will lead entry level recruitment coordination, support training, and help evolve our People Engagement strategy.
