We're Goodstuff: a media planning and buying agency — and the way we think is what sets us apart. We prioritise strategy, invention and creativity, and of course, excellence in client service delivery. None of these are processes here: they’re our superpower. We're opening our doors to the next generation of people who'll help shape our agency and are looking to find our future Goodstuffers to join us as Executives as part of our entry-level Goodstarter scheme.

Responsibilities

  • Helping deliver standout media planning.
  • Keeping our campaigns running smoothly.
  • Building relationships that actually matter.

  • Working closely with your immediate team and Goodstuffers across the agency.
  • Taking on the admin tasks.

The process

  • Stage one – Your Application: Answer three questions in your application, which a panel of Goodstuffers will review.
  • Stage two – First Round Interview: A 30-minute competency-based conversation, held remotely.
  • Stage three – Assessment Day: A smaller group will be invited to our London Bankside offices for a variety of tasks and interviews.

Key dates

  • First round of interviews: 10th June.
  • Assessment day: 1st July or 8th July.
  • Start date: September 2026.

Salary: £26,000 per annum, plus a competitive benefits package.
