The Goodstuff Broadcast Manager is responsible for delivering excellence in implementation planning, investment, and campaign delivery in addition to the management of junior Goodstuffers. They have strong channel knowledge and understanding which translates into inventive implementation planning. They build strong relationships with Goodstuffers, clients and effectively engage with media owners to influence best in class responses to brief.
Working in close collaboration with the planning department and other investment teams at the relevant stages of the planning process, they contribute to getting to great work that delights our clients. Reporting to the Broadcast Director, they translate briefs into Broadcast ideas and recommendations, underpinned by strong supporting rationale.
- Build strong relationships with relevant media owners.
- Recognise emerging Broadcast opportunities and proactively explore them with the team.
- Write and deliver clear and compelling presentations.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the role Broadcast plays in the campaign channel mix and broader client strategy.
- Begin to lead discussions in relevant client/team meetings.
- Demonstrate an inventive approach to campaign delivery challenges, drawing on the relevant people to successfully achieve the agreed solution.
- Train junior team members on financial best practice and oversee finance processes.
- Get bookings on the system promptly and accurately.
- Ensure efficient management of invoicing processes and quick issue resolution.
- Ensure accurate and consistent weekly completion of timesheets and those of direct reports.
- Cultivate strong Goodstuffer relationships across all departments.
- Take on line management responsibility and help grow and develop direct reports on a daily basis.
- Develop a clear understanding of the roles, responsibilities and workflow across the team.
- Effectively delegate with clarity and clear and regular communication.
