As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you’ll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You’ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
