  • Be a trusted advisor across pre-sales and post-sales engagements, guiding our clients through technical discovery, integration strategy, and implementation planning.

  • Lead technical discussions throughout the customer lifecycle, from discovery to implementation.
  • Advise on integration patterns, authentication, architecture, and scalability best practices.
  • Support RFPs, security reviews, PoCs, and technical evaluations as a subject matter expert.
  • Deliver client feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap development.
  • Create documentation – solution diagrams, technical recommendations – to accelerate client success.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify risks, optimize solutions, and drive adoption.
  • Support innovation initiatives like client hackathons.
  • Support enabling the broader Go-To-Market team through ongoing technical learning and product enablement.

After 3 months, success will look like:

  • Demonstrate product fluency and advise on APIs, integrations, and architecture best practices.
  • Actively support Sales in technical discovery and solution fit.
  • Guide early customers through implementation planning and technical documentation.
  • Build internal partnerships and contribute customer insights to improve product and process.

  • Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on client success.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
