Join us as Solutions Engineer to act as the client technical bridge! As a vital global team member, you will play a key role in delivering a market-leading customer experience by providing technical support, ensuring the successful execution of their programs. You will own the technical engagement across the full customer lifecycle, from discovery to adoption, collaborating closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
In this consultative role, you will build strong customer relationships, assess product fit, propose technical architectures, anticipate potential challenges, and deliver innovative solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping the solution and ensuring it’s feasible, scalable and aligned with the client goals – advancing our mission with every engagement.
You will report directly into our Solutions Consulting Director and will interface globally with our CEO, CPO, VP of GTM & Partnerships, and VP of Sales.
As Solutions Engineer, your mission will be to:
- Partner with Sales and Client Success to design API-based solutions that align with our client needs and our platform capabilities.
- Be a trusted advisor across pre-sales and post-sales engagements, guiding our clients through technical discovery, integration strategy, and implementation planning.
- Design tailored technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and our product.
- Lead technical discussions throughout the customer lifecycle, from discovery to implementation.
- Advise on integration patterns, authentication, architecture, and scalability best practices.
- Support RFPs, security reviews, PoCs, and technical evaluations as a subject matter expert.
- Deliver client feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap development.
- Create documentation – solution diagrams, technical recommendations – to accelerate client success.
- Collaborate with customers to identify risks, optimise solutions, and drive adoption.
- Support innovation initiatives like client hackathons.
- Support enabling the broader Go-To-Market team through ongoing technical learning and product enablement.
After 3 months, success will look like:
- Demonstrate product fluency and advise on APIs, integrations, and architecture best practices.
- Actively support Sales in technical discovery and solution fit.
- Guide early customers through implementation planning and technical documentation.
- Build internal partnerships and contribute customer insights to improve product and process.
This role is a perfect match for you if you have:
- 5+ years in solution architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with REST APIs, integration strategies, and authentication (OAuth, JWT).
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, GitHub, and Jira.
- Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on client success.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Start-up or scale-up experience.
Bonus if you have knowledge or love of:
- Experience with SaaS platforms, AWS/GCP, or enterprise clients.
