We’re seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of innovative solutions that make a real-world impact. As a key member of the Product team, you’ll tackle complex challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver products that empower nonprofits and purposeful organisations worldwide.

As Product Manager, Your Mission Will Be To:

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to deeply understand customer pain points and align product strategy with business objectives.

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap that drives measurable impact.

  • Use data to inform decisions, prioritise effectively, and ensure alignment across teams.

Product Development

  • Drive product discovery to identify customer needs and opportunities for improvement.

  • Shape the roadmap and lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with engineers to implement scalable solutions and optimise workflows.

  • Use effective testing strategies, including usability testing and beta programs, to validate product value.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

  • Work with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure user-centric yet compliant product designs.

  • Communicate product vision, updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.

After 3 Months, Success Will Look Like:

  • You have a deep understanding of the product’s current infrastructure and processes.

  • Identified immediate opportunities to optimise and improve product workflows.

  • Have built strong relationships with key stakeholders and established yourself as a strategic partner.

  • 5-8 years of experience leading product areas with demonstrated impact.

  • A track record of solving complex customer challenges through innovative solutions.

  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions in fast-changing environments.

  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to synthesise complex information into clear proposals.

  • Proven experience shipping products in fast-paced environments, ideally in a startup or scale-up setting.

  • Bias for action in improving what exists.

  • Creative problem-solving skills with innovative thinking.

Bonus If You Have Knowledge Or Love Of:

  • Leveraging AI to automate manual processes.

  • Experience working with APIs or technical expertise to collaborate effectively with engineers.
