This hybrid role requires working from our London office in Fitzrovia twice a week. If you’ve been looking to join a fast-growing startup with a mission to make a huge positive impact, backed by the same investors as Stripe and Airbnb, then you’ve found the right place!

Our Mission

Our mission at Goodstack is to revolutionize how the world does good. We empower companies to seamlessly integrate positive impact into what they do through a unified platform while supporting nonprofits in gaining access to cutting-edge technology and finding new funding streams. Global brands, including LinkedIn, HSBC, OpenAI, Atlassian, and Twilio — as well as thousands of nonprofits, including the Red Cross, Cancer Research, and Oxfam — use Goodstack to make a difference. We are on a rapid growth trajectory. Just in 2024, we facilitated $3 billion in donations to good causes. But this is just the beginning. We want to become the world's leading platform that facilitates donations to the most individual nonprofits in the world. To achieve this, we need incredible people to help us on our journey — we need you!

Join our Series A startup as Growth Ops Associate to help thousands of Nonprofits get access to funding!

We’re looking for an exceptionally detailed, hands-on, process-driven Growth Ops Associate to own the smooth onboarding of charities onto our platform. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring that non-profits receiving donations are eligible, engaged, and fully activated to receive funds. You’ll execute this process end-to-end — from outreach and engagement to onboarding. You’ll track performance across the sign-up funnel, identify drop-off points, and act as the go-to person for resolving onboarding challenges. If you have a background in partnerships, client onboarding, or community outreach, enjoy building structured processes from scratch, and want to work for a company making a hugely positive societal impact, this could be the perfect role for you!

As Growth Ops Associate, your mission will be to:

  • Lead outreach efforts to identify and engage eligible non-profit organisations across target regions.
  • Manage the full sign-up and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for non-profits.
  • Own the non-profit pipeline in our CRM – keeping records accurate, clean, and up to date.
  • Monitor drop-off points in the funnel and execute re-engagement strategies to recover leads.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our platform’s eligibility criteria and ensure all sign-ups are qualified before handover.
  • Report regularly on KPIs such as conversion rate, time to activation, response rate, and unverified NPO rate.
  • Collect onboarding feedback and improve processes based on insights.
  • Collaborate closely with verification, payment operations, customer support, marketing & partnerships, and Data/CRM teams.

After 3 months, success will look like:

  • Audit and document the current non-profit onboarding flow.
  • Establish and begin executing the outreach and engagement plan.
  • Create or refine the CRM structure to ensure full visibility of the NPO pipeline.
  • Identify and address key drop-off points in the onboarding funnel.
  • Set baseline metrics and begin reporting on KPIs (e.g., sign-up conversion, time to activation, response rate).
  • Build strong working relationships with Verification and Payments teams.

This role is a perfect match for you if you have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, operations, or outreach-focused roles.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize funnels, pipelines, or sign-up processes.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable using data to make decisions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
  • Self-starter — able to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Relevant courses (e.g., Salesforce Admin, project management) are a plus.

Bonus if you have knowledge or love of:

  • Experience working with or for non-profit organizations or the social impact sector.
  • Familiarity with onboarding flows, customer lifecycle journeys, or sales funnels.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Prior exposure to international non-profit regulations or compliance processes.

What you can expect upon joining our team:

  • Salary reviews and share options.
  • Tasty Tuesday! Office lunch is on the company.
  • Vitality - Private medical insurance - vision, dental & hearing coverage.
  • £250 Brighten your day annual budget.
  • £1000 Learning & Development annual budget.
  • Paid days to attend conferences and level up your skills.
