As a Security Engineer for Goodridge Electrical Contractors, you will carry out first and second fix, testing, servicing and maintenance at a variety of locations. We carry out work in schools, hospitals and factories, as well as both domestic and commercial sites. As we cover a wide area and service clients with specialist demands, you’ll need to be flexible with your working hours, comfortable working either alone or as a team and occasionally working away from home.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Work in an organised and efficient manner.
- Comply with all auditable systems and procedures, in a timely and professional manner, in order to maintain company certification and accreditation.
- Maximise individual and team performance through self-development, knowledge sharing, flexibility and a positive approach to work in order to deliver operational excellence.
- Work safely at all times whilst delivering excellent levels of housekeeping in order to sustain a safe working environment.
- Remain focussed on quality and value in the eyes of our customers in order to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
To be a success in this role, along with your experience, we will be looking for you to have 5 years experience in Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Door Access. You’ll also need a full, clean driving licence, and you’ll need to undergo BS7858 security screening.
