We’re looking for a Care Professional on a flexible contract to join our brilliant team in Milton Keynes, providing quality visiting care to people in their own homes. You’d make a genuine difference to our clients’ lives — with enough time to truly go the extra mile.

We offer days, evenings & weekends, paid mileage, and real career progression — including funded diplomas and Team Leader roles we fill exclusively from within. No experience required — we provide full paid training and detailed support from day one.

What Will You Do?

  • Provide companionship and genuine, meaningful conversation
  • Help with daily household tasks and activities
  • Carry out light housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, laundry and ironing
  • Assist with meal preparation and cooking
  • Run errands such as grocery shopping or collecting prescriptions
  • Support with personal care tasks such as bathing and grooming (if required)
  • Monitor medication schedules and remind clients when needed (if required)
  • Accompany clients to appointments or social outings (if required)
