We’re looking for a Care Professional to join our brilliant team in Milton Keynes, providing quality visiting care to people in their own homes. You’d make a genuine difference to our clients’ lives — with enough time to truly go the extra mile.
We offer flexible contracts, paid mileage, and real career progression — including funded diplomas and Team Leader roles we fill exclusively from within. No experience required — we provide full paid training and detailed support from day one.
What Will You Do?
- Provide companionship and genuine, meaningful conversation
- Help with daily household tasks and activities
- Carry out light housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, laundry and ironing
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking
- Run errands such as grocery shopping or collecting prescriptions
- Support with personal care tasks such as bathing and grooming (if required)
- Monitor medication schedules and remind clients when needed (if required)
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings (if required)
Who Are You?
- A caring individual with a strong work ethic and genuine compassion
- An excellent communicator with great people skills
- Organised, reliable and able to manage your time effectively
- Professional, respectful and trustworthy in all situations
- Physically able to support clients with household and personal care tasks
- A driver with a valid licence and access to a vehicle for work
- Happy to undertake a right to work check and DBS check (fully paid by us)
