We’re looking for a Client Team Leader to join our brilliant care team in the Isle of Wight to provide support to your Deputy Manager to ensure the highest level of care is consistently provided to all our clients.
What will you do?
- Assist the Deputy Manager with all aspects of the client’s journey including carrying out initial care assessments, compiling care plans and risk assessments, and carrying out service reviews.
- Provide on-call cover including alternate weekends and adjust rotas to cover staff or client sickness.
- Carry out client visits when required.
Who are you?
- Caregiving individual with a good work ethic and previous care experience.
- Excellent people and communication skills, comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry systems; we use the Access case management system.
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to best support the Deputy Manager.
- Demonstrate professionalism and always treat people with respect.
- Reliable and trustworthy, maintaining confidentiality of carer and client information.
- Willing to undertake a CQC DBS check to work with vulnerable adults.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for work, and an up-to-date smartphone to access the phone applications used in your daily work.
What do we offer?
- £13.75‑£14.25 an hour plus mileage and £150 payment for on-call.
- 40 hours per week plus 1.5 x hourly rates for Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and 2x for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
