This is a pivotal role that ensures our clients receive exceptional, reliable care. You’ll be responsible for coordinating schedules, supporting care staff, and keeping everything running smoothly — while stepping in to cover care calls when needed.
What you’ll do
- Create and manage weekly rotas to make sure every client receives the care they need
- Carry out regular care visits (including occasional evenings and weekends)
- Problem-solve day-to-day scheduling and client queries
- Manage staff absence and allocate calls effectively
- Support with training and induction of new staff
- Ensure continuity and reliability of care for all clients

What we offer
- £24,000 – £26,000 salary (depending on experience)
