About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detailâobsessed Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team in London. You will be the operational backbone of our interview processâensuring every candidate enjoys a smooth, professional, and thoughtful experience from first touch to final stage. You will also play a key role in scaling our inâperson interview capabilities by setting up and operationalizing new interview hubs, working handsâon with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless candidate experience. Please note: This role requires you to be in our London office whenever we host onsite interviews to ensure an exceptional inâperson candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage endâtoâend interview scheduling across global time zones using Google Calendar and Greenhouse
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a topâtier experience
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure candidates move efficiently through the pipeline
- Adapt and manage scheduling changes with speed and grace
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse
- Support onboarding coordination and postâoffer followâups
- Identify and drive improvements in recruiting workflows and coordination processes
- Provide onsite support for inâperson interviews at the London office
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as an Interview or Recruitment Coordinator, ideally within a tech environment
- Strong familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS), Slack, and Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptionally detailâoriented and highly organized
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fastâpaced environment where priorities shift quickly
- Selfâstarter who enjoys working independently and collaboratively
- Passionate about delivering thoughtful and efficient candidate experiences
- Available to be onsite in the London office for any inâperson interviews
