About the team:
You’ll join the B2B Marketing team, which is responsible for scaling Goodnotes beyond its consumer roots and bringing the product to SMB institutions and enterprises worldwide. The team focuses on demand generation, lifecycle marketing, website performance, and positioning Goodnotes as a credible, high‑impact B2B solution for businesses of all types. You’ll work closely with product, content, design, analytics, and external agency partners to turn the website into a core growth engine for the business.
About the role:
This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:
- Owning the Goodnotes website as a product, with clear priorities, roadmap, and success metrics
- Driving measurable business outcomes through conversion optimization, experimentation, and iteration
- Building and shipping landing pages, campaign pages, and updates hands‑on in Webflow
- Designing and running A/B and multivariate experiments to improve conversion across key user journeys
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to balance competing requests with business impact
- Managing and briefing a development agency for more complex technical implementations
- Owning technical SEO, performance, accessibility, and site health across B2C and B2B journeys
The skills you will need to be successful in the above:
- Strong hands‑on expertise in Webflow, with experience shipping production‑quality pages and components
- A growth‑marketing mindset with experience in experimentation and conversion optimization
- Strategic thinking about websites as long‑term products, not just execution surfaces
- Solid knowledge of SEO, including technical SEO, on‑page optimization, and content strategy
- A data‑driven approach, with experience using analytics and experimentation tools
- Experience managing agencies or working effectively with external partners
- Comfort working autonomously with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Amplitude
- An understanding of user journeys across both B2C and B2B products
- Experience in high‑growth SaaS or technology environments
- Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)
