About the RoleWe\âre looking for a highly organised and detailâobsessed Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team in London. You\âll be the operational backbone of our interview processâensuring every candidate enjoys a smooth, professional, and thoughtful experience from first touch to final stage.
As part of our global Talent Acquisition team, you\âll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to coordinate logistics and drive excellence at every step. If you thrive in fastâpaced environments, love solving scheduling puzzles, and take pride in creating seamless candidate journeys, this role is for you.
Please note: This role requires you to be in our London office whenever we host onsite interviews to ensure an exceptional inâperson candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Manage endâtoâend interview scheduling across global time zones using Google Calendar and Greenhouse
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a topâtier experience
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure candidates move efficiently through the pipeline
Adapt and manage scheduling changes with speed and grace
Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse
Support onboarding coordination and postâoffer followâups
Identify and drive improvements in recruiting workflows and coordination processes
Provide onsite support for inâperson interviews at the London office
Qualifications
2+ years experience as an Interview or Recruitment Coordinator, ideally within a tech environment
Strong familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS), Slack, and Google Workspace
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptionally detailâoriented and highly organized
Comfortable in a dynamic, fastâpaced environment where priorities shift quickly
Selfâstarter who enjoys working independently and collaboratively
Passionate about delivering thoughtful and efficient candidate experiences
Available to be onsite in the London office for any inâperson interviews
