You’ll work closely with the founders and creatives to bring GoodMood to life through powerful storytelling, community-first campaigns, and performance-driven strategies. This role blends high-level thinking with hands-on execution across social, email, PR, influencers, and paid media. We’re open to exploring a head of marketing position if you’re the perfect fit. Organic Social (Meta, Pinterest, Linkedin & soon TikTok) Lead our social strategy end-to-end – from content planning and publishing to performance analysis Write compelling, on-brand copy for posts, campaigns and artist spotlights Collaborate with our in-house creatives and content creators to shape a strong visual and narrative identity across platforms Identify and build brand partnerships that align with our community and values Stay ahead of social trends and apply them to our content in fresh, relevant ways Own and evolve our email marketing strategy, including weekly newsletters and automations Segment our customer database and tailor comms that drive retention and loyalty Partner with the creative team on campaign visuals and copy Use performance data to refine content, timing and targeting – with a focus on growing returning customer revenue Campaign & Brand Planning Lead development of a 3-month rolling marketing calendar that aligns with collection drops, partnerships and cultural moments Support campaign rollouts, from artist collaborations, interior influencers to new collection launches Help shape our brand voice and look-and-feel across digital and print Other areas of opportunity Influencer marketing PR Marketplace & Artist management Partnerships UGC Paid ads oversight What we\’re looking for 3 – 5 years experience in a relevant marketing role, ideally at an eCom brand or marketplace Strong copywriting skills: able to craft punchy, engaging and meaningful messaging A sharp design eye and an understanding of visual storytelling Analytical and insights-driven.
