Role Overview- Partner with commercial teams to provide insight on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Deliver meaningful analysis that supports strategic decision-making
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Contribute to the transformation and automation of reporting
- Assist with month-end and performance reporting, adding value through commentary and insight
- Work closely with stakeholders across finance and non-finance teams
- Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA - this can be through industry
- At least 1 years experience in an FP&A or Commercial Analyst position
- Experience working in the consumer sector highly advantageous
- Strong analytical skillset with the ability to translate data into insight
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
