We’re delighted to be partnering with a Housing Association to recruit an interim Year End Accountant. We’re looking for someone with proven experience delivering statutory accounts and coordinating audit schedules within the housing sector.

  • Take ownership of the year‑end process, ensuring all submissions are accurate, timely, and audit‑ready
  • Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with sector‑specific regulations and requirements
  • Support the finance team through a busy reporting period, helping maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations

Candidate profile:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Experience working within Housing Associations
