£60,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Bonus

I’m very pleased to be partnering with a Retirement Living company, a respected and fast-growing name within the UK housebuilding sector, as we are looking for an exceptional Land Manager to join the team.

This is a role with genuine influence, clear purpose, and significant strategic importance for the growth of the Division. For the right person, it offers autonomy, impact, and the opportunity to shape the company’s future development pipeline across the Region.

You will have previous land buying experience either as a Land Buyer seeking further progression, or alternatively as a Land Manager seeking a new challenge.

You will have previous experience of buying brownfield sites either for a developer for residential use or other sectors for commercial use (e.g. retail or care).

You must be able to demonstrate how you have identified and negotiated land purchases and show a full understanding of the commercial aspects of land buying, including legal contracts.

It is important that you have experience of negotiating with all types of vendors e.g. private home-owners, public sector, businesses, and recognise the different approaches each one requires.

Whilst this role is based out of the Warrington Office, it is essential that you are a competent driver with a valid UK Driving Licence as you’ll be spending a large proportion of your time out looking at sites. There will be flexibility for candidates based outside of this location, based North of the office.

If keen to discuss further please send a CV to jamie.fitch@goodmanmasson.com or get in contact with Jamie Fitch.
