Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Goodman Masson Senior Consultant - Qualified Finance at Goodman Masson Financial Reporting Manager | Fast Growing Fintech | Salary £80,000 - £90,000 I am currently supporting a fast growing Fintech business who are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to come and join a growing team.
This is a newly created position, you'll be reporting into the Financial Controller and have direct reports.
For this position you will need to be able to go into the office 2/3 days per week in central London.
You will ideally be from practice and have a strong technical accounting background to be consider for this position.
See some of the responsibilities below; Lead on the preparation of the statutory financial statements working to tight deadlines.
Work closely with the external auditors and liaise with them during the annual audit process.
Maintain and develop robust financial reporting policies and procedures documentation.
Manage and coach a small team.
Identify and implement automation and continuous process improvement within the financial reporting systems.
Present insightful financial analysis, highlighting key trends and performance drivers.
Assist the Financial Controller and CFO on any ad-hoc tasks as required.
To be consider you will need to have ACA or equivalent with post qualification experience ideally in a similar role.
A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills to work closely with peers and the senior management team when required.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines, experience with Netsuite would be advantageous *This role does not offer sponsorship.
