Provide dedicated support to the MD/Executive Director in managing and developing existing and prospective global client relationships within the Consumer & Healthcare Sector.

Assume increased client responsibility, acting as a junior Relationship Manager (RM) for select relationships, and fostering high-level contacts at GT/MD levels.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of key clients and industries in the Consumer & Healthcare Sector to create ambitious business plans, targeting larger transactions and enhanced returns on capital.

Apply strong credit risk judgment as the first line of defense in credit assessment, collaborating proactively with credit analysts, evaluating client financial performance, and identifying risks and mitigants for critical transactions.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with key internal stakeholders and product teams, including EMEA Management, Credit, Project & Structured Finance, FX and Rates, Capital Markets, and other relevant areas.

Prepare high-quality pitch books in collaboration with relevant Commercial and Investment Banking teams, showcasing corporate finance analysis and integrated solutions.

Manage day-to-day account responsibilities such as KYC processes, account planning, P&L data management, and preparation of ad-hoc memos.

Fulfill responsibilities across both business entities as required. Comply with the Dual Hat Policies & Procedures, ensuring alignment with permitted activities and conducting duties accordingly when acting in a dual-hat capacity. Identify and resolve any conflicts or differing needs between entities, escalating issues when necessary.

Adhere to the Group’s Dual Hat Policies & Procedures, along with regulatory and compliance obligations, and any other applicable policies.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • A university degree or equivalent, with relevant professional qualifications.
  • Advanced mathematical and analytical skills, including expertise in corporate finance modeling.
  • Significant experience with a top-tier Corporate or Investment Bank.
  • Comprehensive understanding of commodity trading principles and industry practices.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing corporate financial statements.
  • Experience in monitoring and managing global credit lines.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to inspire and lead.
  • Demonstrated expertise in desktop analysis and technical skillsets, with knowledge of external data sources.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to drive personal and team performance.
