An expert valuations group is expanding their division and keen to engage with Big 4 professionals (from Audit and Valuations) who are interested in specialising in the provision of portfolio, asset, transactions and business valuations at a globally prominent firm.

Key aspects of the role are:

  • Preparation and completion of accurate financial models and sophisticated valuation analyses to support financial sponsors, corporates and other clients
  • Writing valuation reports and presentations
  • Client interaction, preparation of deliverables and engagement on multiple projects across different geographies
  • Tracking the capital markets and analyzing any changes within the markets
  • Preparation of marketing materials for prospective new business
  • Excellent analyst foundation with advanced understanding of financial statements and various valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, etc.)
  • Proficiency at financial modelling with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong writing skills and experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
  • Effective organisational skills and the aptitude to manage people and work products
  • Strong communication skills and experience interacting with teammates and clients
  • ~2-5 years of professional experience in valuations, corporate finance, fixed income or accounting
  • Have a 2.1 degree from a leading university or international equivalent
  • Part-qualified or fully qualified accountants and/or minimum CFA Level I is preferred, but not required
