A fintech firm is building out its UK delivery capability and is looking to hire a Treasury Analyst / Business Analyst to sit at the intersection of treasury, technology, and AI driven transformation. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with enterprise finance and treasury teams, helping them redesign how their functions operate through intelligent automation and modern treasury infrastructure.

The Role:

You will support the end-to-end delivery of client implementations from initial onboarding through to go-live and adoption. Working closely with treasury, finance, and operations teams, you will analyse current-state processes and help design and deploy future-state solutions powered by automation and AI. This includes everything from connectivity with banks and ERPs through to identifying where intelligent workflows can enhance efficiency, control, and decision-making. This is a hands-on role combining delivery, process design, and stakeholder engagement.

What you will be doing:

  • Implementation and Delivery
    • Support end-to-end implementation for enterprise clients from kickoff through to go-live
    • Manage delivery timelines, dependencies, and risks
    • Act as a key point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Process Discovery and Design
    • Work with treasury and finance teams to understand existing processes and pain points
    • Map workflows across systems, including banking, ERP, and internal tools
    • Identify opportunities for automation across areas such as reconciliations, approvals, forecasting, and exception management
    • Design scalable, future-state processes balancing automation with appropriate controls
  • Automation and AI Enablement
    • Configure and deploy intelligent workflows tailored to client environments
    • Define how automated processes interact with systems, data, and users
    • Support clients in understanding how automation integrates into their day-to-day operations
  • Systems and Integration
    • Coordinate integrations across ERP systems, banking platforms, and internal tools
    • Work closely with product and engineering teams to resolve implementation challenges
    • Ensure workflows are surfaced effectively such as approvals, alerts, dashboards, and APIs
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Engage with stakeholders across treasury, finance, IT, and risk
    • Manage expectations around scope, timelines, and deliverables
    • Support compliance, security, and audit requirements during delivery
  • Adoption and Continuous Improvement
    • Drive adoption by aligning solutions with real-world user workflows
    • Support training, documentation, and change management
    • Feed back into product and delivery teams to refine implementation approaches

What they are looking for:

  • Delivery Experience
    • Experience delivering B2B SaaS implementations, ideally within enterprise environments
    • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
    • Comfortable working with senior finance and treasury stakeholders
  • Process and Systems Thinking
    • Ability to map and redesign end-to-end processes
    • Experience improving workflows through systems or automation
    • Able to translate business requirements into practical solutions
  • Automation and AI Exposure
    • Exposure to automation, workflow tools, or AI-driven solutions
    • Strong interest in how technology can transform finance and treasury functions
    • Ability to assess what should be automated vs retained with human oversight
  • Technical Awareness
    • Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and technical teams
    • Able to understand system architecture, data flows, and constraints
    • Familiarity with cloud-based systems and modern tooling

Why Consider This Role:

  • Opportunity to sit at the forefront of treasury and finance transformation
  • High level of exposure to enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
