I’m hiring a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial and consumer-facing technology platforms in a fast-moving FMCG and retail environment. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, technology and delivery. You will be responsible for shaping technically credible product roadmaps, influencing platform decisions and ensuring digital products genuinely drive growth, customer engagement and operational scale.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning end-to-end delivery of commercial technology products that support D2C, digital shelf, brand websites and customer engagement.
- Translating FMCG and retail commercial strategy into technology-led product roadmaps.
- Working closely with engineering, architecture and data teams to ensure scalable, secure and sustainable solutions.
- Managing and challenging third-party delivery partners on both technical and commercial outcomes.
- Championing Agile, product-led delivery in environments that blend legacy platforms with modern digital stacks.
- Defining and tracking KPIs across performance, reliability, adoption, revenue and ROI.
- Bringing an outside-in industry view, including competitor capability, platform maturity and emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
What they’re looking for:
- Strong experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner delivering technology-heavy digital products.
- Background in FMCG, retail, eCommerce or consumer brands.
- Solid understanding of modern digital architectures, integrations, APIs and platform ecosystems.
- Comfortable operating in complex technology landscapes and influencing technical decisions without being hands-on.
- Proven ability to articulate value and impact, not just delivery.
- Confident senior stakeholder partner with a commercial mindset.
Working pattern: Hybrid with 2 days per week in a London office, enabling close collaboration with senior stakeholders and technology leadership.
