This is a great opportunity to work on a high proportion of execution in an entrepreneurial environment and ascend into an origination capacity.
You will oversee and run deals, managing juniors and working directly with MDs and Directors. You will be firmly involved in client engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the senior team on pitches, strategic advice, IMs, business development, etc. and the management of client deliverables and analysis – to include integrated financial models, financial analyses, and business valuations (DCF, Trading, and Transaction Comparables)
- Increasing business development engagement
- Manage and mentor juniors
Skills and experience required:
- Strong education and displaying high academic achievement
- Strong background in Tech/TMT M&A and deals to illustrate your expertise
- You will either be from the M&A division of a bank or a recognized boutique
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Team player
