The Tech team is one of several sector teams in London and numbers 10. ÂThey work across the entire sector but are particularly active in Software.Â
As an Analyst you will perform a crucial role in the preparation of client presentations and beÂresponsible for:
- Preparing marketing materials for sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments
- Identifying potential acquirers
- Conducting industry and company-specific research
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all presentation materials
- Supporting the due diligence process
- Interacting with clients on a regular basis
- Attending client meetings
- Supporting the marketing activities of the firmÂ

In order to be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:
- Have accrued prior M&A, capital raising or investment banking – either within an investment bank, boutique or big 4
- Strong technical capabilities, with ability to undertake financial analyses, including LBO modelling and additional data driven work streams.
- Solid business understanding, with ability to analyse past / projected business performance.
- A commercial outlook with business development skills and the ability to quickly build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Familiarity with accounting rules and methodologies an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
