Job Description
My client is a global investment bank and they continue to expand their Tech focused investment banking offering with the expansion of their early stage Tech focused team – this is a specialist group that works with early stage Tech businesses, founders, start ups and scale ups.
They operate at the forefront of the UK and European tech sector and your role will centre on driving the origination and execution of pan-European private placement and M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the preparation of pitch books/presentations for M&A clients, including in-depth industry, company analyses and valuations, etc.
- Supporting in the generation of M&A ideas for clients and prospects
- Identifying and monitoring sector trends
- Preparing marketing materials and transaction documents, such as information memorandums, management presentations, process letters, overviews of potential buyers, etc.
- Carry out valuation analyses
- Support with due diligence coordination
Required profile
- Proven understanding of M&A and valuation analyses, developed in a credible investment banking platform
- Experience and passion in the Tech sector
- Excellent numerical, analytical and diagnostic skills
- Strong interpersonal, client relationship and communication skills and commercially focused
