Salary: GBP85000 – GBP100000 per annum

Our client, a leading global Insurance company, is seeking a Tax Manager/ Senior Manager to join their London-based team. This hybrid role involves overseeing tax compliance, reporting obligations and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee outsourced UK tax compliance process.
2. Direct Tax advice on M&A.
3. Oversee tax disclosures/notes for statutory accounts.
4. Prepare reconciliations of current and deferred tax balances.
5. Assist with group Pillar 2 and CbCr.
6. Collaborate on the tax impacts of reorganisations and acquisitions.

Key Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of tax compliance and accounting principles.
2. ACA/ CTA/ ACCA/ ATT qualified or equivalent.
