Are you an ambitious tax professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing international group as their Tax Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Group Tax.

You\’ll be supporting the set-up and development of tax operations across the business, working closely with senior leadership and a wide range of stakeholders. This role offers the chance to review current practices, bring them in line with listed company standards, and play a key role in shaping the group\’s tax strategy.

What you\’ll be doing

  • Supporting the Head of Group Tax with the development and implementation of tax strategy and governance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Assisting in the implementation of a new tax provisioning and Pillar 2 tax tool
  • Preparing group and company tax provisions for statutory reporting, budgets and forecasts
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the wider business and external advisors on tax matters
  • Working with subsidiary finance teams and operational teams to identify improvements, manage risk and optimise processes
  • Monitoring and assessing the impact of legislative changes across UK and international operations

What we\’re looking for

  • Qualified tax professional
  • Strong background in corporation tax, with exposure to at least one other area of tax
  • Good knowledge of accounting for tax under IFRS
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise effectively, and communicate complex matters clearly
  • A continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving skills
