Job Description
My client are a well known business who are looking for an in house tax senior manager/ Associate Director to join their established tax team based in Cambridge. The business offer a flexible working model – 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home.Â
This is a great role, leading the compliance and reporting process at this business. The business operate on a global scale and this is the perfect opportunity to get global exposure in a FTSE Listed business.
• Lead UK corporate tax compliance, reporting, and governance.
• Manage HMRC interactions, tax claims, elections, and risk assessments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across all obligations.
• Provide tax advice to the business, collaborating with finance teams and adapting processes to reflect legislative changes.
• Develop and oversee the tax team and outsourced providers, driving efficiency, quality, and continuous process improvement.
Salary – £115k base + car allowance and bonus. Total comp will be approximately £150k
