Project Manager – Building Maintenance Major Works We're working exclusively with a well-established, values-driven housing association that owns and manages thousands of homes across the UK.
Due to continued investment in its housing stock and building safety programme, they're looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of major works and building maintenance projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of technically challenging projects that genuinely improve residents' homes and communities.
You'll lead the delivery of defect-led and reactive major works, oversee specialist building safety projects and work alongside senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
