Are you an experienced operations professional ready to drive performance and make a real impact?
We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Operations Manager to join our Asset Management Directorate, analysing performance data to drive efficiencies across our Repairs and Maintenance function and ensuring repairs are completed in full, on time and first time.
You will work collaboratively across the business, champion our core values of Respect, Engage and Fair, and maintain a visible presence through regular site visits.
We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities.
We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.
