A rare and exciting opportunity has become available at Incommunities for a Director of Assets and Compliance. This role sits within our Development and Property Directorate reporting to the Executive Director.

The purpose of the role is to lead the development and delivery of the Strategic Asset Management Plan, ensuring that investment, compliance, building safety, sustainability and stock decisions are affordable, evidence-based and aligned with the business plan, regulatory requirements and customer outcomes.
