This role will support the day-to-day AP function while contributing to wider finance activities and ongoing system and process improvements. It would suit a recently graduated individual who is keen to progress with a career in finance, real estate or systems / tech.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices, expense claims, and payment runs accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage supplier queries and maintain strong external relationships
- Support bank and creditor reconciliations and general finance tasks
- Assist with system improvements, testing, and process documentation
- Liaise with internal teams, external providers, and auditors as required
- Degree-level education, ideally in a relevant subject (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Business)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
