ServiceNow QA Tester (Contract) A leading technology solutions provider (£2 billion+ revenue) is seeking an experienced ServiceNow QA Tester for an initial 6-month contract. Location: Hybrid (occasional travel to London) Day rate: Circa £400 umbrella (inside IR35) The ServiceNow QA Tester will: Develop and execute test plans for ServiceNow modules Conduct functional and regression testing Create and maintain test automation using ServiceNow ATF Perform integration and end-to-end testing Identify and log defects, working with developers for resolution Validate and assess UAT test scripts and results Provide comprehensive test reports to stakeholders Support the implementation of a new ServiceNow platform Work alongside business stakeholders, project team, and suppliersThe ServiceNow QA Tester will have: Proven experience testing multiple ServiceNow applications/modules (CSM, ITSM, ITOM) Proficiency in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Strong understanding of functional and regression testing methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Agile/Scrum processes (preferred) Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong communication and reporting skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a global technology organization and play a key role in their ServiceNow implementation project.
