We are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Youth Worker to join a passionate team dedicated to supporting young people across Blackburn and the surrounding communities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced youth work professional who is passionate about making a lasting difference.
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality youth programmes, creating safe and inclusive spaces, and empowering young people aged 8-18 to develop confidence, skills and positive pathways for the future.
Working across youth hubs and community venues, you'll lead engaging sessions, support a team of Youth Workers and volunteers, and help ensure young people have access to the support they need when they need it most.
This role requires flexibility, including approximately two late delivery sessions per week, finishing up to 9pm, depending on programme needs.
