Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £28,000
Working Pattern: Fully Onsite (8.30-5)
We\’re working with a leading investment firm to recruit a Senior Receptionist & Telephonist Coordinator for their Edinburgh office. This is a key front-of-house role, managing reception, meeting rooms, and a high-volume telephony system across two UK offices. You\’ll also oversee and support a Reception & Telephonist Coordinator who reports directly into you.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee reception and switchboard services across Edinburgh and London offices
Manage, support, and coordinate daily duties for the reception team
Ensure all calls via the STORM telephony system are answered and routed correctly (approx. 75-100 calls per day)
Welcome visitors, manage meeting rooms, and arrange catering where required
Coordinate office supplies, post, couriers, and general office administration
Support internal events, staff inductions, and desk booking (Condeco system)
Prepare reports, assist with document handling, and raise purchase orders
Act as Fire Marshal and First Aider for the site
What We\’re Looking For:
Experience in a senior reception, front-of-house, or office coordinator role
Strong communication and people management skills
Confident handling high call volumes and front-of-house presentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organised, professional, and proactive with excellent attention to detail
Previous experience in financial or professional services preferred
