I am currently recruiting a Senior Property Manager on a permanent basis for my client, a For-Profit Housing Association. This role would be suited to a seasoned Housing Officer, Block Manager or Property Manager looking to take a step up in their career. Job overview Home-based role with flexibility: Manage your own diary and work remotely, with regular site visits across the Midlands and occasional office meetings in Covent Garden (Main office) and Northampton. Strategic oversight: Report directly to the Regional Housing Manager and oversee the management of blocks and estates. Relationship building: Foster strong relationships with resident management companies and ensure excellent customer service. Complex issue resolution: Tackle complex block issues, manage agent relationships and deliver exceptional communal services. What you‘ll need: Proven experience in housing management and customer service. Strong understanding of block management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach. Salary is up to a maximum of £45,000 per annum 10% annual bonus included. You must have access to your own vehicle for business purposes. Mileage allowance is paid at 45p per mile from your home.
