We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Property Investment Planning to play a key leadership role within our Asset Management team.This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced property, asset management or investment professional to help shape and deliver our Asset Management and Net Zero strategies, whilst leading significant investment programmes across our housing stock.You'll combine strategic thinking with strong programme and people management, overseeing investment activity, budgets, procurement, surveying, asset data and performance. You'll work closely with senior leaders, Boards, colleagues, statutory bodies and external partners to make sure our investment programmes are well planned, well governed and deliver measurable outcomes.With responsibility for managing and reporting on delivery programmes of up to £80 million per annum, this is a role where your expertise, leadership and ability to turn complex information into effective investment decisions will make a real difference.
